It’s pretty neat when that overwhelming feeling of warmness comes over you when you accomplishing something. For me this tends to happen when I hear a song that makes me shiver. The track is You and I by Washed Out, and features the very talented Caroline Polachek. Together the two come together to create something unreal.
The National and We Plants Are Happy Plants come together to create something exclusively good in this remix to Afraid Of Everyone. Like a contemporary disco fever the two combine together to create a retro space odyssey adventure of awesomeness. I don’t think I would want to define this track any other way. It’s the anthem for agoraphobia. By the end you’ll be cruising.
Orneborg’s Pierre In The Summer is a fascinating set of eclectic disco beats. I find it extremely captivating. The track, which is off his EP Smells Like Spring, changes tempo randomly throughout but maintains a pulsating background to fully grasp the listener. Pretty awesome interchanges if you ask me. Let the melodic tech-house carry you away.
Koobra’s new EP Thrills appears to be packed full of delights if this pack from top billin’ means anything further proving the blog/label sure knows how to pick em. These guys are straight awesome and come to you all the way from Uusimaa, Finland with tons of good beats. Check out Question and the album’s titled track Thrills below. From Transcendence to Islomania & Weathervanes, we now have Arturo’s fourth installment to hit the blog. The Canadian producer from BC has some raw talent mixing fresh disco. His newest is laced with some feel good keys that are perfect for those spring mornings. I love the vibe he produces and I feel this could be his summer when more people connect with his stuff. It’s damn good!
